I had a terrible experience with the shuttle service. The driver was really rude when we insisted on using our baby car seat. He took off without ensuring we were all seated, which felt incredibly unsafe and totally unprofessional.

The heated outdoor swimming pool was just the right spot to relax! Breakfast was a delicious spread with pancakes, sausage, and fresh omelets. The staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to ensure I had an amazing stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. The room felt clean and well-maintained, with a nice shower that added to the comfort. The temperature control worked efficiently, keeping the space cool. noise from the breakfast area was a bit disturbing at times. I appreciated the good Wi-Fi for my devices. While most staff were friendly and helpful, there were a couple of moments of disconnect that impacted the experience. the room met my expectations in many areas, with just a few points to improve.

An unknown person entered our room at 2 AM, raising major alarms. Staff responses were lackluster, not addressing the severity of the situation. maintenance needs attention; there were ants in the room, a hair in the shower, and cleanliness could improve. With effective management, this hotel has potential. For now, caution is warranted for future stays.

This hotel is a dream for city explorers like me, being just a stone's throw away from a variety of restaurants, fast-food spots, and a mini shopping complex for those little travel essentials—everything from dollar stores to liquor shops are right across the street; plus, you're only about a mile from great dining options, local bars, and even cruise port excitement, making it super easy to venture out and stroll the area.

My friends and I had a blast checking out the cruise port and hitting up Port Everglades! The shuttle service made it super convenient for us to go on our adventure. It was lit!
Just wished there was a dope rooftop bar for us young party animals to turn up after our epic day out! .

staying at holiday inn express was a pleasant experience. the property provided transportation to/from another hotel for dinner, along with a free drink. the front desk staff, especially maira, was very helpful and accommodating. the location was clean and close to a mini shopping complex with various stores and restaurants. the shuttle service to the airport worked well, and overall, the hotel provided a quiet and clean stay.

the hotel was clean and well-kept - close to shops & restaurants. had a great experience at slackers across the street. the staff made great accommodations for Airbus going & coming, and the shuttle driver was fantastic.

Had an awesome easter stay! Breakfast was a hit with a huge variety to choose from. The bathroom was a standout , spacious with classy glass doors, no cheap shower curtains here! Also, no noise issues even though our room faced the street. Traffic quieted down after 10 pm. Plus, the bed was super comfy, leading to a great night's sleep!
Some downsides: unfortunately, the Wi, Fi outlets near the bed were a miss, and the room felt a bit cramped. Also, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was poorly located.

I had a blast at Las Olas Blvd! The hotel's staff were my personal travel agents, recommending all the fun spots. Plus, the free shuttle made me feel like a VIP.
Who needs a prompt airport shuttle anyway? It's all about enjoying unexpected late, night adventures with my 4, year, old.

The free transfer service to-and-from the airport pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, and the outdoor, heated pool is surrounded by palms and turquoise lounge chairs.
